Veterniary ScieEnce

  Ebony Horsewomen has five Veterinary Science departments of concentration, e.g Equine, Aquatic, Reptile, Poultry and Leporidae (rabbits).  Our Veterinary Science is a hands-on, heads-on inquiry-based curriculum where students are encouraged to explore the anatomy and biology of a variety of animals in our Science Lab.  They are guided into investigations of the surroundings and find the connection between animals and the the human animal.

 The Vet Science curriculum is developmentally appropriate for grades 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12 respectively with ideas and activities with our animals to expand the educational impact.  Youth set goals, identify resources, practice presentations and evaluate their own progress.
